Call to authors

Dear Sir,

Republika Srpska every year in traffic accidents, in addition to the loss of the most valuable, which is human life, also suffers enormous costs in the economic sense. The experts of the Economic Institute in Banja Luka, with the support of the best foreign experts, calculated that the total socio-economic costs of traffic accidents in Republika Srpska are about 170 million KM, which tells us that Republika Srpska suffers a large-scale natural disaster in traffic every year.

Because of all this, the authorities in the Republika Srpska decided to strengthen the institutional capacities of traffic safety. The Council for Traffic Safety meets regularly, the Agency for Traffic Safety works successfully, the National Assembly adopted the Strategy for Traffic Safety of the Republic of Srpska 2013-2022, and the Government of the Republic of Srpska adopted the Program for Traffic Safety 2014-2018, which created the prerequisites for improving traffic safety in Republic of Srpska.

Following this, the International Conference "Traffic Safety in the Local Community" is held every year, with the aim of constantly strengthening and animating capacities at the national and local level and creating groups of experts who will have enough enthusiasm, courage and will to fight this problem of society. as a whole.

Therefore, we invite all interested authors and the professional public to take an active part in this year's conference and thereby contribute, first of all, to the strengthening of awareness of the importance of traffic safety, but also to the improvement of the situation in this area.

Accepted papers

Accepted papers will be published on the website www.absrs.org. The selected papers will be published in the printed edition of the Proceedings in the language in which they were written.
